Complete and turn in to FCCJ a Lifetime Member Application Form and pay the $15 fee. This can be done on-line (https://artemis.fccj.edu/memapp/) or at any campus.

 

 

 

Contact the Accelerated College Office to receive an Accelerated Degree Advising Form: slynn@fccj.edu or 632-5095.

 

 

 

Complete the Advising Form and return it the Accelerated College Office: slynn@fccj.edu or Sheilah Lynn; 601 W. State Street; Jacksonville FL 32202.

 

 

 

After reviewing the Advising Form, your advisor will contact you to discuss enrollment in to the program.

 

 

 

Request official transcripts from all colleges and/or universities you have attended be sent to FCCJ.

 

 

 

Request official transcripts of any CLEP, Excelsior or Dantes exams, ACE or military transcripts that may transfer into college credit.

 

 

 

Take the FCCJ placement test at any campus if needed. (See your advisor.)

 

 

 

Enroll in and complete all necessary pre-requisite classes as indicated by the results of your placement tests and transcripts.

 

 

 

Take CLEP, Excelsior or Dantes exams as desired. Discuss options with your advisor.

 

 

 

After you are admitted into the Accelerated Degree Program, contact your advisor to ensure you are registered for classes.

 

 

 

You will be automatically enrolled in subsequent classes each semester.

 

 

 

Be aware of payment deadlines, and pay for your classes as required. You can do this on-line or at any campus.

 

 

 

Each semester, you must drop any classes you do not need to complete your degree.

 

 

 

Meet with your advisor a minimum of every 16 weeks during the Accelerated Degree Program.
