The Military Education Institute offers a variety of degree programs for members stationed anywhere in the world. There are a variety of online degree and certificate programs available as well as on site programs for members stationed right here in Jacksonville.

SOCCOAST is the Servicemembers Opportunity Colleges (SOC) degree program for the Coast Guard. Once you start your degree or certificate program with Florida Community College, this agreement will allow you to transfer your credits from one institution to another and will serve as your agreement with the College for degree or certificate completion. To request a SOC agreement, click here for more information or contact Chalah Harris at 904.632.5016.

To help you get started, Florida Community College offers the following services:

  • Accelerated Degree Programs

  • Online Student Services
Artemis is your virtual portal to registering for classes, viewing your grades, getting a degree audit, paying for your classes, and much more.
  • University Transfer Agreements
