For New Students
Florida Community College at Jacksonville Membership Application:
All students must complete an Florida Community College at Jacksonville Membership Application and pay the one-time $15 lifetime membership fee prior to registering for any class. (Students must provide a Florida Driver's license or proof of residency when submitting the Membership Application Form.) This will activate an account for you in the Florida Community College computer system and will enable you to register using the Touchtone telephone registration system.
credit or non-credit Florida Community College at Jacksonville students do NOT have to complete the Florida Community College Membership Application Form.
