
Important Registration Information
Students who have moved within the last year or who have not attended class at Florida Community College within the last year MUST update their current student record. This can be done online via Artemis at or in person at any College Enrollment Services Office. (FYI: Incorrect addresses and phone numbers may delay refund mailings or may hinder efforts to contact you in the event of course cancellations.)
Florida Community College at Jacksonville Open Campus cancels a course only when absolutely necessary and will do so two business days prior to the start of class. If the class is canceled, you will be contacted by telephone and your registration fee will be fully refunded automatically. Refunds will be issued by mail.
To receive a full refund, you must drop the course at least one business day prior to the class starting date by using either the Touchtone telephone system, ARTEMIS online or by turning in a drop card at any College Enrollment Services Office. To drop a course and receive a refund, you must do so within one business day of the class starting date by either using the Touchtone telephone system (See Touchtone Worksheet) online with ARTEMIS or by turning in a drop card at any College campus Enrollment Services Office.
Students who have moved within the last year or who have not attended class at Florida Community College at Jacksonville within the last year MUST update their current student record online with ARTEMIS or by visiting their nearest College Enrollment Services Office and completing the necessary paperwork.
Classroom assignments will be printed on your class confirmation receipt.
